Text Box: NEW! Prenatal Yoga—A special 6-week class for expectant mothers on Fridays at 4:30 p.m. with Tracy. Classes will be especially sequenced for pregnant women to relieve tension and prepare the mind and body for childbirth. Pre-registration required. $80/session. Session has been rescheduled and will begin Friday, Jan. 20th. Call or email to sign up. Beyond Asana— Feb. 24th, 7 p.m. Deepen your understanding of yoga as it applies to life as we know it. Join Cara in this special gathering to discuss yoga philosophy and how it can offer you tools to smooth edges off of life and shine a light on the opportunities and joy life presents you. Bring your questions and topics you’d like to discuss. This sangha is FREE, but love offerings are welcomed. Winter Yoga Jam—Friday, Jan. 27th, 7 p.m. Burn off the holiday poundage with this fun, hot and sweaty, challenging vinyasa class with Cara set to an alternative/classic rock playlist. Level 2-3. Teachers Circle— Friday, Feb. 3rd, 7 p.m. A special sangha for yoga teachers and prospective teachers in the area who are interested in sharing their ideas, teaching tips and suggestions and discuss concerns and issues we face as instructors. Come with an open heart. Free, but love offerings are welcomed. Chakra Vinyasa Flow— Friday, Feb. 10th, 7 p.m. Work your way up your chakras with this vigorous Level 2-3 vinyasa class with Leslie. Open and re-balance your chakras while learning about the unique power of each individual chakra along the way. Don’t forget our Student Special!! We are offer a special drop in rate of $8/class for students 16 and up.
