Class Fees: $15 drop-in rate (First Class - $5)
Discount Punch Cards: 6 classes - $80 ($13/class); 10 classes- $100 ($10/class); 16 classes - $150 ($9/class);
25 classes - $200 ($8/class); 30 classes - $225 ($7.50/class)

Punch Cards can be used for all classes except special events and classes requiring pre-registration.

Private sessions, on-site group instruction and yoga parties available by appointment.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ALL LEVEL YOGA

A one hour class suitable for all levels with modifications given for varying abilities. Classes begin slowly and then progress into more strengthening and energizing exercises, before moving into the restorative section of class. (II)

 

GENTLE YOGA

Appropriate for beginners and those who prefer a easier, slower-paced class. (I)

YOGA BASICS

This class is an all-level class that emphasizes and explores primary poses and alignment. Great for beginners! This class is offered on Mondays at 11:30 a.m., Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. (I/II)

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

A strong, energetic class geared for men and athletes who want to increase their flexibility, build strength, manage pain and reduce stress. (II/III)

KID’S YOGA

A playful and imaginative class specifically designed for kids. This 40-minute, 6-week pre-registration class will help kids gain strength and flexibility and learn tools to stay focused and calm. $8/class ($48/session).

YOGA BREAK

This is a short, 40-minute mid-week lunchtime class is designed to de-stress and rejuvenate you. $8/class. (II)

 

YOGA THERAPY

A class designed for those who have limited mobility due to chronic pain, injuries or health issues. Classes will primarily take place on chairs and will be therapeutic in nature. (I)

INTERMEDIATE YOGA

This vigorous and challenging class is appropriate for those who have experience in yoga  and are comfortable with a vinyasa or flow format. Not recommended for new to yoga, or those with injuries or health conditions. One hour and 15 minutes. (III)

 

YOGA JAM

This fun, energetic free-flow class is intermediate level class set the an alternative rock playlist and held once a month on the last Friday of each month. (III)
